Burbiškiai Manor, located in the Raseiniai district, has been known since the 17th century when it was owned by the Burba noble family. A fire in 1834 destroyed much of the manor, but the buildings were quickly restored. The manor's Classical-style palace is distinguished by a portico with columns and authentic 19th-century architectural features.

Today, only fragments of the estate remain – the old park, two ponds, dilapidated farm buildings, and abandoned cemeteries with a burial vault. During the Soviet era, a concrete moose sculpture was placed on the grounds, one of the few remaining symbols of the estate.

In 1994, the manor was acquired by an entrepreneur who promised to preserve it, but today it is slowly decaying. Despite its neglected state, Burbiškiai Manor retains a unique historical atmosphere and awaits those who value authenticity.

Burbiškiai Manor, located in the Raseiniai district, dates back to the 17th century when it was owned by the Burba noble family. Unfortunately, a massive fire in 1834 destroyed not only the residential buildings but also the estate's ownership documents, which proved that it had been in possession since 1672. Despite the disaster, with the help of peasants, the manor was quickly restored. The Classical-style manor house is the central feature of the estate. Its uniqueness comes from the portico with columns, and the architecture reflects the tastes of the 19th-century gentry. Although much of the manor has deteriorated, the authentic estate layout can still be recognized – elements of the park, two ponds, and the old orchard, where a concrete moose
sculpture from the Soviet era stands. Nearby, there are abandoned cemeteries with a burial vault. The manor's farm buildings, which once stood out for their architectural unity, were rectangular in shape and clearly influenced by folk architecture, harmoniously blending into the estate's composition. Today, only ruins remain of them. In 1994, the manor was purchased by an entrepreneur who promised to restore it, but over the decades, the building has further deteriorated. The local community and the municipality are concerned about the manor's future, but despite its sad condition, the place still retains a unique historical atmosphere. Burbiškiai Manor awaits those who appreciate time-worn authenticity and the beauty of Lithuania's heritage.
