The site/ruins of the Karklininkai Evangelical Lutheran Church, once a place of worship in the Klaipėda district, is now just a part of history. Its foundations, overgrown with small vegetation, mark the location where a red-brick church once stood. The church was built between 1902 and 1910, and in 1908, a pastor's house was added. The church was consecrated by the Bishop of Tilsit and served as an important center for the local faithful. However, in 1944, the church was severely damaged and later completely demolished after World War II. The Soviet Army occupied the church and used it as a military training ground. Today, the local community has erected a cross in memory, and in 2021, a 3D model of the church was restored at the Pajūrio Regional Park Directorate. This site is a historic landmark with significant cultural and architectural value.
