Panemunė Castle serves as a museum, gallery, park, art and design shop, bookstore, community market, hotel, and restaurant. Additionally, it is a practice and relaxation center open to artists and all enthusiasts, located in the nearby former Salesian Monastery (hostel-type accommodation). The castle museum features an exhibition of the interiors of the representative apartments of the governors of the Duchy of Samogitia, notable for their classical wall paintings. It also showcases the only restored 18th-century manor kitchen in Lithuania. Visitors are invited to enjoy the castle park and the panorama of the Panemunių Regional Park from the seven-story castle tower. The historic spaces also house an art gallery displaying contemporary works by the Vilnius Academy of Arts community. Educational programs tailored for different age groups offer a deeper dive into manor heritage and art.
