The reconstructed J. Gižas Ethnographic Fisherman's Homestead houses a museum and a Tourist Information Center. The museum exhibition "Jonas Gižas: Opening the Shipwright's Chest..." showcases the life of Dreverna shipwright Jonas Gižas, Curonian Lagoon sailing boats, weather vanes, and the everyday life and customs of the coastal inhabitants. At the museum, you can try out various shipwright's tools or create your own unique weather vane. The homestead also hosts educational programs that are part of the Cultural Passport services package.
